Privacy Policy
Dearmailo is designed to keep your contact lists and campaign content on your Mac.
Developer
Dearmailo is provided by Schmidt Service Partner AB, company number 559570-0880, Sweden, under the Long Lasting Apps brand.
Local app data
Contacts, lists, campaigns, signatures, attachments, preferences, backups, and delivery history are stored locally on your Mac. Dearmailo does not upload this content to Schmidt Service Partner AB or to a Dearmailo cloud service.
Apple Mail
Dearmailo uses the accounts and sender addresses already configured in Apple Mail. Apple Mail manages your account credentials and sends each message. Dearmailo does not receive or store your email password.
Permissions
macOS asks for Accessibility and Apple Mail Automation permission so Dearmailo can create, format, verify, and send a visible message through Apple Mail. These permissions are used only for the actions you start in Dearmailo.
Network use
Before a campaign, Dearmailo may use your Mac's standard DNS service to check available SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. The app does not run a delivery server, track opens or clicks, or contain advertising or usage analytics.
Export and deletion
You can export a backup from Dearmailo's Data & Privacy settings. You can also delete local contacts, campaigns, attachments, and other app data from the app. Removing Dearmailo does not delete messages already handled by Apple Mail.
Website
The Dearmailo website may create ordinary security logs through its hosting provider. The app does not send contact lists or campaign content to the website.
Contact
For privacy questions, email hello@longlastingapps.com. Do not send an email password, customer list, or confidential campaign content.
Changes
If Dearmailo's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the new behavior is released.
