    Preview the finished message for each recipient and send an optional test email before the campaign begins.

03 / Built around your Mac

Your customer list is not our business.

Campaigns, contacts, signatures, and attachments are stored locally on your Mac. Dearmailo has no delivery server, does not track opens, and does not upload your mailing list.

Excel and CSV import

Map familiar columns such as name, company, customer number, title, email, and preferred sender.

Sender aliases

Use sender addresses already configured in Apple Mail, each with its own signature.

Reusable signatures

Choose the campaign language and Dearmailo uses the matching signature for each sender.

Optional test email

Require a fresh test from every selected sender or continue without one when you decide it is appropriate.

Thoughtful pacing

Vary the pause between messages, add longer breaks, and set clear per-sender limits.

Scheduled start

Choose a date, time, and time zone. The Mac must remain awake with Dearmailo and Mail open.
