What counts towards the trial?
Only a real recipient email that Dearmailo has confirmed as sent through Apple Mail uses the allowance. Drafts, test emails, failed attempts, and uncertain sends do not count. Repeated messages to the same recipient count individually.
Price and availability
Dearmailo costs $49 USD per year for organizational or professional use, before applicable tax. The subscription renews automatically each year until canceled. Secure checkout and subscription management are provided by Stripe. Businesses, sole traders, public bodies, schools, universities, foundations, associations, and other organizations in the European Union and United States can purchase a license.
Common questions
Does the trial expire?
No. The trial has no time limit. It ends only after 100 recipient emails have been confirmed as sent.
Can I send repeatedly to the same recipient?
Yes. Each confirmed recipient email counts separately toward the trial allowance, including repeated messages to the same address.
How does the annual license work?
The $49 license renews automatically each year. You can cancel future renewal at any time from Dearmailo's settings. Access continues through the paid period, and your local campaigns and contacts remain available after it ends.
Requirements
Dearmailo requires macOS 15 or later, an active Apple Mail account, and permission to control Apple Mail and use Accessibility. Your Mac must remain awake while a campaign is running.
